Classes and Workshops

All of our Door Hanger Classes are $40 per person. 

****BOWS AND RIBBONS MAY VARY FROM PICTURES!!  If you would like something specific, you are welcome to bring your own WIRED RIBBON and we will help you make the bow. ****

*Door hangers not included.  Each Door Hanger sign will come with a ribbon or jute twine to hang it with.  All round door hangers are 18 inches around.  Shaped door hangers vary in size, but most are 22 inches.

 

For our Door Hanger Workshops, we sand and prep the wood for you ahead of time.  The outlines will be sketched and ready for you to follow along during the workshop, you can use the colors recommended or you can choose any other colors you wish!  This is a great couples date night idea, girls night out, or a family friendly activity.  People of all ages will have fun during our workshop!

 

• We ask that you arrive 5-10 minutes prior to the start time of this workshop.

• We do allow children age 7 and older to attend our classes with a paid registration.  They must have a parent or guardian also attending the class with a paid registration.  

• Each person who attends the class MUST register for the workshop.

• Please note that this project does involve wood and no two pieces of wood are the same. The grain, texture and how the wood takes the stain is different in every piece which means each piece of wood will vary slightly and each sign will vary.  If the project you make is going to be displayed outside or in an area prone to moisture, we recommend that you protect it using the sealer of your choice which you can purchase at any local home improvement store, OR you can choose for us to seal it for you and pick up in 48 hours ($5.00) OR you can choose to purchase the “finishing kit” which will be enough sealer to seal your piece front and back and a foam brush for application ($5.00).

• Cancellation and Refund Policy:  Due to the customization of our classes, there are NO REFUNDS on any classes or materials!  However, if you are unable to make the class, please call me or email me at info@followmyleadms.com prior to the class scheduled time and we can arrange for you to attend a different class.  Also, due to the customization of orders, we can NOT make any changes after you register.  We do require at least 6 people to attend a class for us to hold it.  If for any reason we must cancel, such as bad weather or low attendance, we will notify you ahead of time and reschedule the class. 

• Photographs taken at Follow My Lead Creative Studio events may be used in future publications, on our website or in other association materials. By attending any Follow My Lead Creative Studio event, you agree to allow us to use your image in any of our publications, promotional products, or websites.  By attending any of our events, you consent to the use, without compensation, of recordings of your likeness and voice by Follow My Lead Creative Studio, perpetually and throughout the world, (a) in connection with future publications, and (b) in any related video or audio recordings, printed publications and Internet publications. You acknowledge and agree that Follow My Lead Creative Studio, and its successors and assigns, is the sole owner of all copyrights, literary rights and similar rights to such media.
